Produced ethnographic research videos for one of the leading UK companies that specialize in brand communication, advertising, and media research. Clients include Visa, and M&I Bank.

Performed requirement elicitation, analyzed data, and created a best practices recommendation for the UX team.

1998 - 2002 OGILVY & MATHER, NEW YORK 
Oversaw all ethnographic video production for the Discovery Group. Shot, edited, and analyzed research material and synthesized findings into both a video and powerpoint presentation depicting in-depth observations and analysis of human behavior. Made recommendations to agency creatives and planners, directly impacting domestic and global product campaigns.
Clients include Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Goldman Sachs, Miller Lite, NY Times, Amex, AT&T, and Huggies.
Key responsibilities: established general research protocol; delineated project scope and developed contextual ethnographic questionnaire; supervised recruitment of subjects and coordinated interviews globally; hired, managed, and trained a rotating team of researchers and editors.
